Returns & Refunds Policy

At ARKANT, we're built for the people who build things. Every tool we sell is chosen to perform — and if something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, contact our support team through one of the following:

  • Email: support@arkanttools.com — include your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return
  • Return form: available at arkanttools.com

Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 3 business days.

2. Return Window

ARKANT offers a 90 calendar day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after this period will not be eligible, except in cases involving manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit.

3. Item Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The tool must be completely unused — no signs of project use such as sawdust, metal filings, paint, adhesives, grease, scratches from work surfaces, or any material residue.
  • All original packaging, protective inserts, manuals, safety documentation, and included accessories must be present and intact.
  • No modifications, disassembly attempts, or damage caused by the customer.
  • The return request must be submitted within 90 calendar days of the delivery date.

Non-returnable items:

  • Tools that have been used on any project or work surface — even partially.
  • Items with missing parts, removed safety labels or stickers, damaged original packaging, or absent documentation.
  • Tools damaged due to misuse, improper operation, use beyond rated specifications, or user error.
  • Consumable accessories that have been opened or used (blades, bits, sandpaper, etc.).

4. Return Process

  1. Email support@arkanttools.com or submit the return form at arkanttools.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 to 3 business days with confirmation and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the tool securely in its original packaging — include all original inserts, manuals, accessories, and safety documentation.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as described in Section 5.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect item: ARKANT covers all return shipping costs at no charge to you.
  • Change of mind / voluntary return: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured service appropriate for the item's weight.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and passes our inspection, ARKANT will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. No alternative payment methods are available for refunds.

The refund covers the full product price. Original shipping costs are not refunded on voluntary returns unless the entire order is returned. Allow an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Product Warranty

All products sold by ARKANT carry a 90 calendar days warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects such as faulty mechanisms, broken components, structural flaws, or material defects present at the time of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: use beyond rated specifications, improper operation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, use of incompatible accessories, or normal wear and tear from legitimate use.

Safety notice: If you receive a tool that appears structurally compromised, has exposed wiring, or feels unsafe to operate — do not use it. Contact us immediately at info@arkanttools.com with photos of the issue.

US customers are covered under applicable FTC regulations, New Jersey state consumer protection laws, and the NJ Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.).

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@arkanttools.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, the defect or damage observed, and the outer packaging as received.

ARKANT will arrange, at no cost to you, a replacement shipment or — if the product is unavailable — a full refund including original shipping costs.

9. Order Cancellations and Out-of-Stock Products

If a product is unavailable at the time your order is processed, we will notify you by email, cancel the affected order, and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days via your original payment method.
