Shipping Policy

ARKANT ships tools built for the job — packed to arrive intact and ready to work, whether you're across the state or across the world.

1. Where We Ship

ARKANT ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are the sole responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in the order total.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal and state public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping delivery: 9–14 business days from dispatch
  • Express Shipping delivery: 7–11 business days from dispatch
  • Estimated total — Standard: 10–17 business days from order date
  • Estimated total — Express: 8–14 business days from order date

These are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier conditions, product weight, or other circumstances beyond ARKANT's control. In no case will delivery exceed 30 calendar days from your order confirmation date.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time at arkanttools.com/apps/trackingmore. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

5. Shipping Rates

ARKANT offers free Standard Shipping on all orders of $100.00 or more. Orders below $100.00 are subject to a flat Standard Shipping fee of $16.83. Express Shipping is available for $29.31 per order. All applicable shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping details before placing your order — ARKANT is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and may attempt a second delivery or hold the package at a local pickup point.

If an order is returned to us due to a customer-related issue — such as an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts — we will contact you by email. Any re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

7. Inspect on Arrival

We recommend inspecting the outer packaging upon receipt. Tools are heavy and their components can be sensitive to impact during transit. If the package shows signs of damage:

  • Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
  • Email support@arkanttools.com within 48 hours, including photos of both the outer packaging and the item inside.

Do not attempt to operate a tool that shows signs of structural damage from transit. Contact us immediately if you have a safety concern.

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe and tracking information does not resolve the situation, contact our team at support@arkanttools.com with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier and, as applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
